Upon completion of the work, you will receive a package with a file in the sizes indicated under the product to your email. If you need additional dimensions, specify them when requesting to commission.

You can make major changes during the sketch stage. After lineart and painting, you can change just color. If you're not satisfied with the final result, and you want to change the pose, hairstyle, or other major details, they'll be treated as a new order and will be charged accordingly.

There are 3 free revisions for each order. Each additional revision will cost $3.

It is not my responsibility to ensure that your emote adheres to Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Please check them yourself before submitting your request.

Due to the specifics of the work, a refund is not possible after the sketch has been approved.

I will keep you informed and ask for your opinion at every stage of the work, but also feel free to ask how the work is going.

I usually work on weekdays from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM UTC+5, but I may occasionally work on weekends as well.

Full-body or waist-length illustration: about 7 days

If the background is complex: additional 3–5 days

Chibi (simple background): 3–5 days

Emote: 3–5 days

Animated emote: about 7 days

Sub badge: 3–5 days

Panel: 3–5 days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the order, the number of active commissions, and other factors.

The finished product is intended for personal use only.

If you want to use artwork for commercial purposes, be prepared to pay 2x the amount.

I have the right to share the final product on any of my social media platforms. If you would prefer that I not do so, please let me know in advance.
